Refunds and Cancellations
We DO NOT issue refunds for wallpaper as each order is made to order. Please do not place an order with us if you are not sure of your purchase. We want you to be happy with your product and put in considerable time and effort to create each order. If you have any issues with your order once you receive it, please contact us.
We Recommend purchasing a sample first to get a feel for the quality of the material, colors, and also to try it out on your wall.
For processing returns for all other items, please contact us within 14 days of receipt and must reach us within 30 days . The item must be returned in new, unused and unwashed condition in original packaging. We recommend purchasing insurance for return shipping as we are not responsible for items lost in transit. We do not accept unauthorized returns.
We do accept cancellations if within 24 hours of purchase as long as production HAS NOT begun on your order. We typically begin production within 5 hours of purchase so email us immediately if you need to cancel your order. Once production begins, we cannot cancel your order.
Only regular priced items may be refunded, unfortunately sale items cannot be refunded.
We replace items if they are defective or damaged from production. Be sure to lay out your wallpaper when it arrives to inspect for any issues. We cannot offer refunds or exchanges once a product is used. If your wallpaper is not defective but you have changed your mind about your purchase, we do not issue refunds but will do an exchange if contacted within 7 days of receipt of wallpaper. The wallpaper must be returned unopened and undamaged and within 30 days of receipt. There is a 20% restocking fee for wallpaper and the customer is responsible for return shipping.
If the item was marked as a gift when purchased and shipped directly to you, you’ll receive a gift credit for the value of your return.
If the item wasn’t marked as a gift when purchased, or the gift giver had the order shipped to themselves to give to you later, we will send a refund to the gift giver and he will find out about your return.

You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable.
Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you, may vary.
If you are shipping an item over $75, you should consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
